The newest territory added to the game is Brimstone Sands, a large desert environment. At its center lies the main settlement New Corsica, which has seen a lot of its NPC inhabitants evacuating the territory. And that means a lot of recently deserted properties – one of which could be yours!

Tier 4 Brimstone Sands Houses
With the exception of T4C, the tier 4s in New Corsica have identical layouts. The distinction between them will largely come down to the best location for your preferred view or accessibility.
Tier 4 House A (T4A)
T4A’s nicest feature is definitely its terrace. It offers a view of the courtyard fountain as well as the north entrance to the city. It’s also framed by many trees which gives it a cozy sense of seclusion despite its openness.
Tier 4 House B (T4B)
These first two houses are very similar, but T4B is on higher ground so its selling point is a better sight of the courtyard from its front balcony. So if you prefer sitting in a smaller outdoor space, the view there is excellent.
Tier 4 House C (T4C)
This tier 4 has a unique layout distinct from the others. It has a small front yard and a large first floor instead of two connecting rooms. It also has an accessible rooftop to decorate instead of a third floor.
Tier 4 House D (T4D)
T4D is tucked away in the southwest corner of the city and feels the most private, even when you venture out onto your terrace.
Tier 4 House E (T4E)
If accessbility is your primary concern then T4E has the most central location, nearest to the busy hub of the settlement with the crafting stations and trading post.
Tier 3 Brimstone Sands Houses
Compared to the tier 4s in New Corsica, the tier 3s are what you might choose if you prefer yard space instead of terraces. They’ve all still got balconies though, don’t worry.
Tier 3 House A (T3A)
On the very outskirts of the town, this house is right next to the north gate. There are a bunch of moths by the lamp outside, which can be seen floating around even inside the house and on the balcony.
Tier 3 House B (T3B)
T3B has a decent view of the empty courtyard but the only reason to get this one is the nice back yard which the nearby tier 4s don’t have.
Tier 3 House C (T3C)
T3C has the biggest backyard to decorate
Tier 3 House D (T3D)
In my opinion this tier 3 house has the best location in the settlement. It’s right next to the storage shed and crafting tables, and isn’t far from the trading post or east city gate.
Tier 3 House E (T3E)
T3E is a middle ground between T3C and T3D. Its yard is almost as good as T3C and its location is almost as good as T3D.
Tier 3 House F (T3F)
On the west side of the settlement, T3F is still fairly central, having three floors and a good location, but no yard to speak of.
Tier 3 House G (T3G)
T3G’s second floor balcony looks out at the inn which is a pleasant view. However it also has a tree clipping through the third floor wall, so…less than ideal.
Tier 3 House H (T3H)
This house’s side yard is right next to the center of town which you might enjoy if you want to spend time outside there. It’s pretty similar to T3D and T3E.
Tier 3 House I (T3I)
This three-story house is right next to the east gate, and while it technically has a yard to decorate it’s very narrow and you wouldn’t be able to place much or walk around things you do place.
Tier 3 House J (T3J)
This last tier 3 house has three floors and a second floor balcony that faces the wall of the neighbouring house. Despite the view, you might enjoy the private feel, and you can still see a bit of the center square.
Tier 2 Brimstone Sands Houses
The tier 2 houses in New Corsica come in one of two designs. They either have a semi-enclosed balcony with columns and a roof or they have an open balcony with a wooden overhang which can be used to climb onto the rooftop.
Tier 2 House A (T2A)
As far as tier 2 houses go T2A is pretty good. It’s close to the crafting stations and has a decent view from its balcony.
Tier 2 House B (T2B)
T2B’s distinguishing feature is that it’s the only tier 2 house with garden space of any kind.
Tier 2 House C (T2C)
T2C and T2D have mirrored layouts and are essentially the same location-wise, near the west gate. T2C has an accessible roof and a nicer balcony view.
Tier 2 House D (T2D)
T2C and T2D have mirrored layouts and are essentially the same location-wise, near the west gate. T2D has a different wallpaper, more private balcony, and columns on its exterior.
Tier 2 House E (T2E)
While T2E doesn’t face towards the center of the settlement it’s at least the closest to the town projects board.
Tier 2 House F (T2F)
T2F has a very strong central location close to the busiest part of the settlement.
Tier 2 House G (T2G)
T2G’s only interesting trait is that it’s right next to the theatre on the east side of the city.
Tier 1 Brimstone Sands Houses
Brimstone Sands only has one tier 1 house available for purchase. It ain’t much, but it’s cheap.
Tier 1 House A (T1A)
New Corsica’s tier 1 house is a simple two-floor building with no balcony, porch, or garden. It’s in the southeast part of the settlement, not in significant proximity to notable features.
