New World Windsward House Layouts

Updated January 21, 2023 By Kenny Leave a Comment

Windsward is one of the low level starting zones of New World. Its main city Corinth Capital is built on a river leading to a nearby waterfall, which combined with the surrounding greenery give it a safe and simple atmosphere.

It’s also known for its easily accessible central crafting stations. Whether you became familiar with the layout early on or took a liking to it after seeing the messes in some of the other towns, you might wish to put down roots and claim one of these homes for yourself.

Windsward House Map

Tier 4: Costs 20,000 coin & requires 30 Territory Standing

Tier 3: Costs 15,000 coin & requires 20 Territory Standing

Tier 2: Costs 10,000 coin (no Territory Standing requirement)

Tier 1: Costs 5,000 coin (no Territory Standing requirement)

Tier 4 Windsward Houses

Tier 4s in Windsward tend to be located further away from the busy center of the settlement, so the teleport won’t give you the maximum convenience. T4C would be my personal pick for its location and available decorating space.

Tier 4 House A (T4A)

T4A is an elevated home that has three rooms to decorate and a balcony that actually looks over the North settlement wall to see the outside environment.

Tier 4 House B (T4B)

T4B is a three story property with a modest front yard and a rear balcony that looks out at the lake over the West settlement wall.

Tier 4 House C (T4C)

In terms of location, T4C probably has the best you’re going to get among the tier 4s in Windsward. It’s a two-story with a large first floor and it has a cozy backyard.

Tier 4 House D (T4D)

T4D is an unusual tier 4 house. It’s tucked into a quiet corner of the settlement behind the town hall and only has a single floor. However, the backyard is private and very large, wrapping around the side.

Tier 4 House E (T4E)

T4E is a two-story house with a decent backyard. To be honest I’m surprised it’s tier 4 since you can find similar houses at tier 3, and it’s not like this location is super desirable, being only close to the town hall.

Tier 4 House F (T4F)

Another T4 two-story with a backyard. This one is near the West gate of the settlement and also right next to a storage shed which is handy. The backyard looks over the street behind the tavern.

Tier 4 House G (T4G)

T4G is just like that last two properties. A double story with a backyard. It’s placed at the South gate, not really close to any amenities. At least the backyard is nice and private.

Tier 3 Windsward Houses

Tier 3 houses are typically a mixed bag. There are some three-story options with balconies, two-stories with a backyard, and a couple more unique layouts.

Tier 3 House A (T3A)

T3A is located at the North gate, and has three floors and a small second floor balcony which looks out at some neighbouring yards and a windmill.

Tier 3 House B (T3B)

T3B also has three floors but doesn’t have quite as nice a view from the second floor balcony as T3A in my opinion. It’s very close to the town project board though, in case you do those often.

Tier 3 House C (T3C)

T3C is near the tavern and the inn. It’s three stories with a rear balcony facing the settlement’s outer wall.

Tier 3 House D (T3D)

T3D is an elevated two story house. There’s no balcony or yard to speak of, but the first level has a larger floor space.

Tier 3 House E (T3E)

T3E is a two-story house with a tidy backyard that wraps around one side under an overhang.

Tier 3 House F (T3F)

T3F is very similar to T3E but with differently coloured upstairs walls and a simpler wooden back fence.

Tier 3 House G (T3G)

Next to the East gate, another three story house sits in T3G’s spot, with a second floor balcony overlooking the river.

Tier 3 House H (T3H)

T3H is only a single story house, but it’s a slightly larger floor area than most floors, and there’s a reasonably private backyard due to its location at the East gate of the settlement.

Tier 2 Windsward Houses

There are two flavours of T2 houses in Windsward: The two-story and the one-story with a backyard.

Tier 2 House A (T2A)

T2A is right next to the North gate and town hall, if you have business there.

Street view

Tier 2 House B (T2B)

On the South side of the settlement, T2B has plenty of neighbours around to be jealous of because they have better houses than this.

Street view

Tier 2 House C (T2C)

T2C is just like the other tier 2 two-stories, except it’s yellow! That’s fun.

Street view

Tier 2 House D (T2D)

T2D is next to the South gate of the settlement and not much else.

Street view

Tier 2 House E (T2E)

This house isvery close to crafting stations and a storage shed, and consists of a single large room plus a backyard with an iron bar fence.

Street view

Tier 2 House F (T2F)

The final tier 2 house is also a one-story layout with a backyard, with nearly identical access to crafting stations as T2E had, but with a different style backyard.

Tier 1 Windsward Houses

I know Tier 1 Houses are not very desirable, but the ones in Windsward at least have prime central locations.

Tier 1 House A (T1A)

T1A is as simple as it gets. A small one-room space to decorate. It has a front porch and is located right next to the town board.

Street view

Tier 1 House B (T1B)

For the cost, this is actually a nice space. You don’t normally get any elevation at this tier, let alone a balcony. This one has a surprisingly excellent view.
